Staff/Senior Software Engineer, Document Intelligence & Data Infrastructure

Helios is seeking a Staff/Senior Software Engineer to build and operate the acquisition and processing infrastructure that transforms global public-sector and open-source data into reliable, searchable intelligence. This role involves expanding the Proxi platform to include new countries, languages, and source formats while managing the entire data lifecycle from discovery and collection to normalization, extraction, and publication. The position requires a senior engineer with experience in large-scale document-processing systems to drive innovation in natural language understanding and document processing.
