The Staff/Sr. Staff Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Manager at Crusoe is responsible for architecting and implementing a global PLM system to optimize capacity planning and operational efficiency for the company’s cloud infrastructure and AI hardware products. This leadership role involves managing the technical deployment of PLM tools, establishing data governance frameworks, and ensuring seamless integration with key enterprise platforms while driving process improvements and configuration management. The PLM Manager acts as a cross-functional leader, collaborating with various stakeholders to facilitate the transition to an Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) model, thus enhancing supply chain resilience and accelerating time-to-market.

Bachelor's degree in a directly related field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, or Supply Chain Management)10+ years of progressive, relevant experience in Product Lifecycle Management or configuration management within a hardware, high-tech, or data center environmentExpert-level knowledge and implementation experience with one or more major PLM tools (e.g., Arena PLM, Oracle Agile, SAP PLM, Siemens Teamcenter, or PTC Windchill)Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration (MBA) (Bonus)
