Le poste consiste à coordonner les parcours d’intégration des nouveaux entrants et à organiser des sessions de formation au sein de la boutique. La personne travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les Ressources Humaines et le Learning Manager pour construire le plan de formation et suivre les indicateurs de performance. Ce rôle dynamique et relationnel exige un bon sens du service et un intérêt pour la Mode et le Retail.
