About this role
Internship to model migration of chemical species in tire composite materials, aiming to predict evolution of small molecules (oxygen, plasticizers, antioxidants) within tires over use. The position combines bibliographic research, development of an analytical migration model, and experimental work on model materials. Based at Michelin R&D center in Ladoux, the role may include optional translation of the analytical model into a numerical implementation.
