About this role
Six-month internship at Thales Research & Technology (CortAIx Labs) in Palaiseau within an interdisciplinary research center. The position is focused on research involving HfZrO2 thin films and their application to radiofrequency devices, contributing to the “Fonctions RF réintégrées” research axis. You will join a team of researchers and students working on advanced materials and device characterization.
