Standard Commercial Lines Account Manager

The Standard Commercial Lines Account Manager supports and retains a diverse portfolio of commercial lines clients, serving as the primary point of contact for coverage placement, policy maintenance, and problem resolution. This role focuses on building trusted partnerships with clients, underwriters, and producers to ensure high satisfaction and identify cross-sell opportunities. The position requires managing renewal processes, processing endorsements and claims, and ensuring compliance with agency procedures. It is a full-time, hybrid role based in Ohio.
