Standardized Patient

The Standardized Patient role involves portraying patients, family members, or clinical team members to provide pharmacy students with opportunities to learn and be evaluated on clinical skills. This position requires simulating medical scenarios, providing constructive feedback on communication and interpersonal skills, and accurately documenting learner performance. The role is part-time and works on an as-needed basis during the academic year.
