STARS College Advisor

The STARS College Advisor at Amherst College provides one‑on‑one college advising to rural and small‑town high school students through virtual meetings, presentations, and in‑person site visits. The role builds relationships with students, families, counselors, and community partners while supporting outreach, marketing, program assessment, and budget monitoring. It is a full‑time, fixed‑term position with a one‑year term, renewable up to two additional years, and includes travel and occasional evening or weekend work.
