About this role
The START Coordinator delivers community-based support through the START Program for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and co-occurring mental health or substance use challenges across Fayetteville, NC and surrounding counties. The role operates within an integrated care model partnering with individuals, families, and system stakeholders to coordinate services and supports. This position is based in the community and requires travel within Cumberland, Johnston, Sampson and nearby counties.
