START Coordinator Greenville NC, Nash, Greene, Beaufort, Martin, and surrounding areas

The START Coordinator provides community-based intervention and prevention services to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and co-occurring mental health or substance use challenges in the Greenville, NC area. The role is the primary contact for participants in the START (Systematic, Therapeutic, Assessment, Resource, and Treatment) program and works within an integrated care team. The position supports collaboration across systems and coordinates services including planned and emergency respite.
