ERM is hiring a Startup and Validation EHS Team Lead to provide onsite support for a new greenfield pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Lebanon, IN. The role will lead the EHS Startup and Validation Team to ensure consistent EHS practices across manufacturing areas and readiness for operational handover. This is a full-time, limited-term position for 36 months focused on managing health, safety, and environmental programs through system startup and validation.
