Startup Engineer

The Startup Engineer is responsible for the safe and efficient commissioning, pre-commissioning, and startup of large industrial gas facilities, including Air Separation Units and hydrogen plants, across the Asia region. This role involves leading multidisciplinary field teams, managing project schedules and resources, and ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality standards. The position requires frequent international travel to project sites, often in challenging environments, to oversee operations and hand over completed systems to customers.
