About this role
The STAT RN provides short-term, one-to-one skilled nursing care to clients transitioning home from the hospital, typically for an initial 4–6 week period. Nurses deliver personalized in-home care across Passaic, Bergen, and Hudson counties, working 12-hour shifts and following clinicians' orders while being supported by BAYADA's clinical team and training programs. The role includes travel to clients' homes and documentation of assessments and interventions. BAYADA offers paid training, benefits (depending on employment type), and opportunities to work with patients of all ages and acuity levels.
