PATH’s local affiliate in Nigeria (OIPH) is hiring a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Officer based in Kebbi State to support the USG-funded PMI REACH Malaria project. The role focuses on strengthening the state’s malaria surveillance and learning systems and supporting evidence-driven decision-making within the state health system and malaria program structures. The position works closely with the State Coordinator and has a dotted-line reporting relationship to the MEL Manager.
