Statewide Permit Manager

The Statewide Permit Manager oversees and proactively participates in the management, administration, and execution of the Department's statewide permitting programs within the Right of Way (ROW) and Regional Divisions. This role focuses on improving UDOT permit programs, managing regional staffing, training, software implementations, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. The position serves as the primary subject matter expert for ROW permitting, technical access guidelines, and various permit types including Encroachment, Conditional Access, and Small Wireless Facilities.
