Stationary Engineer

This role is responsible for the operation, maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of various mechanical systems within the facility, including Boilers, HVAC, Refrigeration, Ice Plant, and other critical equipment. The position requires a valid City of Houston 2nd Grade Stationary Engineer License and EPA Universal License to ensure equipment operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulatory standards. The employee will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and respond to emergency requests while maintaining accurate documentation in the CMMS.
