The Statutory, Fiscal and Special Accounting Manager coordinates and prepares the HGB annual financial statements including the management report and supports external audits. The role is responsible for booking and reporting corporate taxes under IFRS and HGB, handling special accounting topics (acquisitions, participations, dividends) and supporting the German holding’s monthly IFRS close while collaborating with international hubs and external service providers.
