Statutory Reporting Manager

This role leads the monthly group consolidation process, including subsidiary submissions, intercompany reconciliations, and variance analysis for management reporting. The position is responsible for preparing statutory financial statements, managing the external audit process, and ensuring compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS). Additionally, the role involves coordinating sustainability reporting disclosures and driving process improvements to enhance financial close efficiency.
