Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage surgical instrumentation inventory for current and loaned trays.
Maintain Instrument Tracking software while troubleshooting issues and documenting data.
Monitor sterilization parameters for owned, loaned, and consigned instruments per IFU.
Collaborate with charge nurses and vendors to allocate and maintain instrumentation.
Support clinical education on proper cleaning, assembly, and sterilization procedures.
