About this role

The Sterile Processing Technician III is responsible for decontaminating, assembling, sterilizing, and distributing reusable surgical and clinical instrumentation across the organization. This role involves operating sterilization equipment, maintaining sterile inventory, and troubleshooting complex equipment or customer issues. The position requires adherence to departmental policies, manufacturer guidelines, and regulatory standards to ensure safe and efficient sterile processing operations.

Responsibilities

Decontaminate, assemble, and sterilize surgical instrumentation and implants
Operate and maintain sterilization equipment including autoclaves and ultrasonic cleaners
Troubleshoot complex equipment issues and train junior technicians
