Sterile Processing Technician Trainee

The Sterile Processing Technician Trainee supports safe and effective patient care by processing reusable surgical instrumentation and equipment according to established standards. Under the supervision of the Sterile Processing Department Manager or Team Leader, the trainee participates in decontamination, cleaning, assembling, packaging, scanning, sterilization, storage, and distribution. This role focuses on developing foundational knowledge and skills in sterile processing while maintaining quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
