Sterilization Technician

The Sterilization Technician is responsible for cleaning, decontaminating, inspecting, assembling, packaging, sterilizing, storing, tracking, and distributing supplies, instruments, and equipment used in the operating rooms and other departments at Winona Health. The role operates independently with minimal supervision, handling equipment operation, maintenance reporting, and ensuring compliance with national standards and hospital policies. The technician also supports other hospital areas and external agencies with sterilization services as needed.
