Sterilization Technician

The Sterilization Technician is responsible for the cleaning, decontamination, inspection, preparation, assembly, packaging, sterilization, storage, tracking, distribution, and overall processing of supplies, instruments, and equipment used in the operating rooms and departments throughout Winona Health. The role involves working independently with little supervision, operating all equipment used to clean, decontaminate/disinfect and/or sterilize items, and reporting malfunctioning equipment immediately to maintain a safe environment and effective workflow.
