Steward / Dishwasher

The Steward/Dishwasher role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all kitchen equipment, dishware, and back-of-house areas. This position supports kitchen and restaurant operations by ensuring a steady supply of clean tools, cookware, and service items while upholding the highest sanitation standards. The role involves operating dishwashing machines, sorting and storing clean items, and assisting the kitchen team during service.
