The Steward at Four Seasons Surf Club supports the Food and Beverage outlets by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. This full‑time role involves cleaning and sanitizing china, glass, silver, kitchen equipment, pots, pans, and utensils, as well as managing the silver polishing program and safely handling cleaning chemicals. The position works across various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure award‑winning service for guests.
