The Steward is responsible for cleaning and properly stocking all dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware, as well as maintaining the overall cleanliness of the kitchen, dry storage, and walk‑in cooler. The role also assists with basic food preparation, stock rotation, and daily sanitation tasks to support the club’s hospitality operations.
