Steward

The Steward is responsible for cleaning and washing all kitchen equipment, china, silverware, and glasses, as well as properly storing them and delivering stock to food outlets. The role works in a restaurant and kitchen environment with variable temperatures, noise, and wet areas, and requires flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.
