Steward

This role involves directing and assisting stewards to ensure efficient cleanup operations while maintaining appropriate water temperatures and chemical levels. The position requires supporting banquet and buffet services by transporting items, ensuring adequate stock, and returning cleaned items to their proper locations. Additionally, the role includes assisting management with employee hiring, training, and scheduling, as well as operating and maintaining cleaning equipment.
