Steward

This role oversees the day-to-day operations of the steward department, ensuring all areas maintain a safe and clean environment in compliance with Health Department and internal standards. The position involves maintaining kitchen equipment, cleaning concession stands, and supporting the preparation and execution of banquet events. The steward also assists with warehouse maintenance, offsite event logistics, and minor equipment repairs.
