Steward/Dishwasher

The Steward/Dishwasher is responsible for washing, sanitizing, and maintaining all kitchen dishes, utensils, and food preparation surfaces. This role includes basic cooking skills, equipment setup and maintenance, and ensuring strict adherence to safety and sanitation protocols. Candidates must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and enduring long periods of standing while managing multiple tasks.
