Stewarding Supervisor

Proof of the Pudding is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to oversee all stewarding functions, including cleaning of china, glassware, silver, and serving equipment, as well as facilitating food delivery and banquet setup. The role involves maintaining cleanliness in kitchens and service areas, operating dish machines, and performing light food prep under the Executive Chef's direction. This hands-on position requires a punctual and organized individual with kitchen experience to support high-volume events.
