Stewardship Specialist

The Stewardship Specialist will strengthen donor relationships by implementing a comprehensive stewardship program that recognizes, engages, and retains supporters of Victory Junction at all giving levels. This part-time role involves managing the Camp Ambassador Program, producing impact reports, and coordinating stewardship events to ensure donors feel valued and connected to the mission. The position requires collaboration with development, marketing, and program teams to build a culture of gratitude across the organization.
