About this role

The Stinger Missile Program Manager leads a cross‑functional team to execute contractual commitments for the Stinger Missile portfolio, overseeing financial, technical, and schedule performance of FMS and US Replenishment contracts. The role serves as the primary customer interface, drives execution excellence through EVMS and RLPM processes, and ensures program health and delivery on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

Own customer interface and ensure collaborative One Team culture
Implement financial and execution controls using EVMS and RLPM
Lead geographically dispersed cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on schedule
Maintain program metrics, milestones, budgets and schedules
Provide program forecasts, EACs and annual operating plan inputs
