STIRT Milieu Coordinator

The STIRT Milieu Coordinator guides clients toward pro-social behavior and ensures the safety of staff, clients, and the community by monitoring and enforcing facility policies and regulations. This role involves conducting rounds, investigating incidents, and supporting clients with daily activities and behavioral guidelines within a residential treatment program. The position requires maintaining confidentiality, documenting incidents accurately, and collaborating with clinical teams and outside referral sources.
