About this role
An STNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant) provides routine daily nursing care and support to residents in a long-term care facility, following individualized care plans and facility policies. The role supports resident comfort and safety, assists with activities of daily living, and participates in scheduled 12-hour shifts including every other weekend and holiday rotation.
