About this role
Provides routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents in accordance with each resident’s assessment and care plan, under the direction of nursing supervisors. Ensures residents’ rooms are prepared, assists with activities of daily living, and monitors and reports changes in resident condition. Maintains resident confidentiality and follows facility policies for safety and infection control.
