Stock Administration Manager (Temp)

About this role
The Stock Administration Manager (Temp) will lead global stock awards administration, overseeing programs such as RSUs, stock options, ESPP and equity treatment in M&A. The role partners closely with Finance, Legal and HR, and manages external vendors and valuation/tax advisors. It reports to the Head of Corporate Accounting and focuses on ensuring compliance, accurate accounting, and process alignment across global teams.
