About this role

The Senior Stock Plan Administrator will support day-to-day administration of Discord’s global equity programs, including grants, exercises, RSU releases, and special projects. This role partners cross-functionally with Finance, Payroll, Tax, Legal, and HR, works with external auditors and vendors, and reports to the Senior Manager, Stock Administration. The position also supports compliance, filings, and year-end reporting while driving process improvements and employee education around equity programs.
