Stockroom Manager

The Stockroom Manager oversees all aspects of the receiving room and sales floor management, including day-to-day operations, inventory maintenance, and personnel supervision. This full-time role involves leading the recruitment, training, and scheduling of Grocery Clerks while supporting the Grocery Manager in meeting sales and labor goals. The position focuses on developing operational systems, ensuring product availability, and fostering a welcoming environment aligned with the Co-op's mission.
