The UGG Stock Lead is the primary business owner of the store stockroom, responsible for overseeing processing, product placement, transfers, and inventory accuracy. The role ensures the stockroom is safe, organized, and efficient so customers can find desired products, and partners with the Store Manager to train and develop stock associates. The Stock Lead also supports sales floor replenishment and customer service while promoting the UGG brand and store standards.
