Stop Loss Training Lead

The Stop Loss Training Lead serves as the department's technical authority on stop loss administration, reimbursement, and contract interpretation, ensuring eligible reimbursements are submitted, tracked, and collected. This role involves auditing claim submissions, identifying process gaps, and implementing corrective actions to improve reimbursement outcomes and operational efficiency. The position also focuses on training, mentoring, and developing the team through onboarding, creating training materials, and delivering coaching sessions to close knowledge gaps.
