Store Assistant Manager

The Store Assistant Manager will partner with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations of the Santa Ana thrift store, including opening/closing procedures, POS, inventory, and donor services. They will step in to manage personnel, cash handling, scheduling, and performance coaching in the manager’s absence, while ensuring safety, security, and compliance with ARC policies. The role also supports back‑room processing, work‑therapy supervision, and contributes to meeting sales and profitability goals.
