Store Assistant Manager

The Store Assistant Manager will partner with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations of the Lake Forest thrift store, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, cash handling, and staff scheduling. The role also involves supporting customer and donor satisfaction, supervising back‑room processing, and ensuring safety and security standards are met.
