The Yard Associate at Forge & Build (EquipmentShare) is a hands-on, customer-facing role based at the Shelbyville, TN rental facility supporting day-to-day yard and warehouse operations. The position contributes to the company’s mission to modernize construction by ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining yard appearance, and supporting a positive customer experience. The role operates Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM with overtime after 40 hours and occasional on-call weekend coverage in special circumstances.
