Store Associate

This role is essential to the success of retail stores by working closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs and recommend appropriate Sherwin-Williams product solutions. The position focuses on achieving excellent customer service, resolving concerns, and consistently meeting the store’s sales goals. Store Associates are also responsible for maintaining product quality, visual standards, and inventory accuracy.
