Store Counter Sales

As a NAPA Counter Sales associate, you serve as the face of the retail store by providing automotive parts solutions and support to customers in person and over the phone. You utilize your knowledge of automotive systems to assist both end customers and team members while fostering a positive, fast-paced shopping experience. The role requires a valid driver's license and either existing automotive industry experience or a willingness to learn all aspects of auto parts.
