The Store Lead supports the Store Leadership Team by managing cash-wrap operations, opening and closing procedures, and serving as Leader on Duty to ensure smooth store operations. The role represents the brand, engages customers, maintains store standards, and helps develop and coach store associates. The Store Lead also assists with scheduling, payroll processing, and maintaining a safe, organized stockroom environment.
