Store Leader - Hourly

The Store Leader (Store Leader 2 for multi-unit) is responsible for overall store operations, driving sales and profitability, and delivering exceptional guest service. The role supervises and develops store associates, enforces operational standards, and ensures merchandise is merchandised and stocked to support the business. This position may manage one or two store locations and is focused on achieving sales, shrink, and customer experience goals.
