Store Loss Prevention and Safety Associate

This role focuses on executing daily tasks for store loss prevention and safety programs while maintaining positive relationships with store management. The associate is responsible for identifying and resolving internal and external theft, conducting apprehensions within established policies, and communicating damage and shrink initiatives to store associates. The position requires adherence to shoplifter guidelines, participation in investigations and surveillance, and coordination of shrink-related activities to support store reduction goals.
