Store Loss Prevention Lead

The Store Loss Prevention Lead at SportChek is responsible for leading efforts to reduce internal and external loss within the store by maintaining a visible presence on the sales floor and ensuring the execution of all Loss Prevention program aspects. This role involves coaching associates on acknowledgment responsibilities, securing high-value products, and logging incidents while fostering a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff. The position reports to the Store General Manager and focuses on maintaining high awareness and security standards throughout the store.
